In the book of Acts, quoted above, we see that the central elements of worship—apostolic teaching, liturgical prayer, and the Eucharist—are present from the very beginning of the Church. We stand privileged and humbled today as we recognize the great honor bestowed upon us as the inheritors of a faith that leads us to salvation through the Church that was established by Christ Himself.
